Charlotte Elizabeth Bonner
During her career at Deloitte, Charlotte worked on several corporate mental health charity events and noticed that there was very little support for employees who may have been struggling in day-to-day life.
As well as being a Chartered Tax Adviser working alongside Ria-Jaine, Charlotte is also a certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Coach with an extremely varied background having trained under City CBT with Nicola Martin & Windy Dryden.
After being awarded Entrepreneur of the year at University during her Criminology Degree, she then worked alongside a variety of people from all walks of life throughout her Master’s Degree in Counter-Terrorism, including providing life coaching courses for people recently released from prison who were to be rehabilitated. She lives to help other people be the best they can be.
Nowadays 1 in 3 of us will suffer with mental health issues so it is becoming essential to gain an understanding of these sorts of difficulties. It is vital that we understand the importance of offloading some of our stress after dealing with our clients as it can become extremely difficult to take everything on in today’s society. It is also important for companies to offer this service out to their employees as well as their clients.
As well as offering individual and corporate coaching sessions, she has worked alongside a number of creative personalities who tend to need a very bespoke creative service in the art they provide themselves. She also offers anonymous coaching for those who perhaps do not necessarily have the initial confidence needed to ask for help where needed.
Charlie is working with the beauty industry to explore ways salons and spas can add a CBT scripted treatment to their list of services for their clients.
