Day-to-day management of in-house and remote teams across disciplines, different time zones and cultures. Training brand communication and marketing execution teams on agreed upon strategies to enhance internal brand knowledge, awareness and capabilities. Monitoring staff, communicating results and securing resolutions to project challenges to the satisfaction of global teams between disciplines.
