Analysing consumer, competitor and market trends, conducing focus groups and influencer insights; utilising the data to make recommendations on brand growth, segmentation and innovation opportunities. Producing creative ideas with a commercial focus, enabling brands to better establish their brand essence, values, tone, voice, promise, mission and brand architecture. Presenting ideas and recommendations to senior management and C-level teams.

Marketing Strategy:

Working with senior teams across buying, retail, distribution and digital innovation to produce marketing strategies and plans that meet the business objectives and briefs. Continual identification of opportunities to enhance commercial benefits for the brand, communicating the vision and securing buy-in from all necessary stake-holders.

Brand Training & Staff Management:

Day-to-day management of in-house and remote teams across disciplines, different time zones and cultures. Training brand communication and marketing execution teams on agreed upon strategies to enhance internal brand knowledge, awareness and capabilities. Monitoring staff, communicating results and securing resolutions to project challenges to the satisfaction of global teams between disciplines.
